Seat Insiders Inc. was founded by Josh Stine & Nick Keesey after first meeting at Penn State University. Nick approached Josh with an opportunity to join his then rapidly growing company, Happy Valley Tickets, LLC. It was there they realized they were on to something big as revenue grew year after year eventually reaching over 7-figures annually.

They navigated the murky waters of the ticket industry for years learning all the ins and outs, built relationships with rights holders and connected with ticket suppliers all over the world. Rather than using their industry experience to stock up on inventory for resell, they chose to work directly with their clients one-on-one to help them create memorable experiences that last a lifetime. Buying tickets has gotten less transparent, more expensive, and increasingly difficult for everyone and Seat Insiders is here to change that.
